Maya Isabella

Maya Isabella is an Atlanta-based actress and vocalist with a background in musical theatre and film. A graduate of Central Michigan University, she holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance. Early on, she found her love for singing, eventually leading her to earn her first professional role in "Hairspray" before even entering college.

During her academic years, Maya honed her skills through roles in productions like "Spring Awakening" and "Miss Julie." She also expanded her artistic palette by engaging in songwriting and playwriting. Despite facing challenges during the 2020 pandemic, she remained engaged in her craft, taking online masterclasses and resuming regional theater performances as soon as possible.

Maya's recent experiences have brought her a newfound love for teaching. She has music-directed three junior musical theatre shows and worked with students ranging from 8 to 18 years old. Her teaching philosophy centers on promoting healthy vocal techniques, encouraging emotional engagement with material, and building confidence.
