End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement explains the basic rules for using the MK Performing Arts platform, including Studio Flow, University Prep, and connected administrative tools.
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the MK Performing Arts platform, you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you are using the platform for an organization, family, student, or staff role, you confirm that you are authorized to use the platform in that role.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Permitted Use
- You may use the platform only for authorized MK Performing Arts scheduling, communication, billing, file sharing, reporting, administration, and related education or coaching workflows.
- You may not attempt to access information outside your assigned role or permissions.
- You may not interfere with the platform, misuse integrations, upload harmful content, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify MK Performing Arts if you believe your account has been compromised.
Information entered into the platform should be accurate, appropriate, and provided only when you have permission to provide it.
Third-Party Services
The platform may connect with third-party services such as Clerk, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, email providers, storage providers, database providers, and AI or automation tools. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
When the owner connects QuickBooks or another integration, MK Performing Arts may send and receive information needed to provide the connected feature.
Payments, Scheduling, and Communications
Billing, payment, booking, cancellation, attendance, message, and notification features are provided to support MK Performing Arts operations. Specific studio policies, enrollment agreements, invoices, or signed forms may also apply.
Text messages, emails, and other notifications may be sent for account, scheduling, billing, and service purposes. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
Ownership
The platform, software, design, workflows, and content provided by MK Performing Arts are owned by MK Performing Arts or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for authorized purposes only.
Your submitted information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable service, enrollment, staff, or client agreements.
Suspension or Termination
MK Performing Arts may suspend or remove access if an account is inactive, unauthorized, misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, or is no longer needed for services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as available and may change over time. MK Performing Arts does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK Performing Arts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.
