Greyson Huneycutt

Greyson Huneycutt is an Atlanta-based singer, actor, dancer, and teaching artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and minors in Dance and Political Science from Western Carolina University.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Greyson has been performing for 14 years. Her training began at the North Carolina Theatre Conservatory with on- and off-Broadway actors and casting directors such as Eric Woodall, Robin Levine, Tito Hernandez, and Christine Heneghan, where she not only performed in Mainstage Performances at the North Carolina Theatre but was also part of their Elite Acting, Dance, and Live On-Stage Companies. Here she was first introduced to the Stanislavski and Strasberg acting methods, Broadway dance technique, professional-based stage performances, and audition prep.

After joining Western Carolina University’s Stage and Screen program, Greyson not only continued to hone her craft with major Broadway performers such as Hunter Foster, Jennifer Cody, and Sarah Norris, but also studied other acting techniques such as Meisner and Linklater, and the difference between stage and film acting.

Greyson is proficient in multiple vocal techniques, including classical, musical theatre, pop-rock, and jazz. She believes vocal health is one of the most important things for a performer, as it not only affects singing but acting as well. When you control your breath, you build healthier habits and deliver more truthful, emotional scenes.

Since graduating, Greyson has professionally performed on stage, in films, and on live television, and has continued to search for new ways to expand her performance career. Some of her favorite projects have been Lucy Harris (Jekyll and Hyde), Laura (Three the Hardway film on Amazon Prime), featured background work (Tulsa King Season 4), and her first live game show (Scrambled Up).

She believes the arts are essential because they build culture, confidence, and adaptability. She will push you to become the best version of yourself while maintaining an uplifting, encouraging environment that cultivates creativity.
